Ok ... it has been too long..tooo much eating..not enough exersizing (or blogging) so in an effort to ease myself back onto my diet:

Breakfast

Chicken/Turkey Burgers (2)- a mix of ground turkey and ground chicken and tons of spices grilled on a real live grill!
On Arnolds Sandwich Thins (100 calorie buns!)
with Avocado and Tomato (YUM)
Dinner
Corned Beef, 1 chicken wing, 1/2 a small potato kugel, runny chip (a delightful chocolate chip cookie cake that is all melty chocolate in the middle) - This is why I haven't been on my blog diet since the holidays started! There are so many food options that I end up eating the equivalent of 5 different dinners!
From now on I am going to simplify my eating so that I am not eating 2 mains and 3 sides every single meal!
